  • Accidental purchases

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand things can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Digital Products (if applicable)

For digital products or downloads, no refunds will be issued once the content has been accessed or delivered.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent bans from future purchases.
